This is one of the most iconic classic Ferrari models ever. The Dino 246 GT was developed as a more compact and easy-to-drive Ferrari with a mid-mounted V6 engine, and the model is today recognized as one of the most harmonious and smooth-running classics from the period. The design by Pininfarina makes the car one of the most timeless Ferrari designs ever, and the model has been highly sought after by collectors for many years. This example is a rare and particularly sought after L-model, with only 357 examples produced. This makes the car significantly more exclusive than the standard editions and gives it a high collector’s value. The car is matching numbers on engine and gearbox, and has a very well-documented history. It was delivered new to Italy in 1970, and in the early 80s it was exported to an owner in Germany. After that, the car remained in Germany until 2022, when it was sold to Denmark. The engine was overhauled in 2022 by a Ferrari specialist, and the car has only driven less than 500 km since this renovation, which makes it technically very fresh for its age.
